Valencia · The Last Crusade · Since 2021
It all began in Valencia. Somewhere in Ciutat Vella, someone hid the Holy Grail. Participants have two hours to find it alongside Indiana Jones.
Valencia Cathedral has safeguarded the Holy Chalice since 1437—recognized by the Vatican and venerated for centuries by kings and popes. John Paul II and Benedict XVI used it in their ceremonies during their visits to Valencia. That story isn’t in any textbook the way Indy tells it.

Peñíscola · The Last Crusade · Starting in 2023
In 2023, we’re heading to Peñíscola. Pope Luna’s castle, medieval alleyways steeped in centuries of secrets, and an adventure expedition set in one of the best-preserved medieval settings in the Valencian Community.
Peñíscola was the residence of Pope Benedict XIII—Pope Luna—one of the most fascinating and controversial figures of medieval Europe. A man who refused to relinquish the papacy for decades, ruling from this rock jutting out over the sea while the entire world turned its back on him.
For individual visitors, we’ll be open every summer and during Holy Week starting in 2023. School field trips are available year-round. Students arrive asking who Pope Luna was. They leave not wanting to go.

Gandia · Borgia Territory · Starting in 2025
In 2025, we’re coming to Gandia. Rodrigo de Borja became Pope Alexander VI. His son César was the most feared man in Europe. His grandson Francisco renounced all the family’s power and was canonized. Three generations. One city.
Territorio Borgia is a theatrical scavenger hunt organized by the Ciudad Ducal: history, intrigue, and the secrets of the most fascinating family of the European Renaissance. School field trips and group tours available year-round.

This Summer: Mission Aborted in Peñíscola
This summer, we had Peñíscola all set. Jaco injured his right arm, and we had to abort the mission. Now it’s time to recover fully so we can come back strong.
But there’s one thing Jaco just can’t stop doing… continuing to explore new routes!

Does Indiana Tours operate in the summer?
Yes. We’ve been performing in Valencia and Peñíscola for five years. For the past three years, we’ve kicked off the season in Peñíscola during summer and Easter school breaks.
It’s possible that in some summers we’ll combine performances in Peñíscola and Valencia. With Indy, every season is unpredictable—there’s always intrigue, suspense, and excitement. The best way to find out where we’re performing each season is to follow us on social media and keep an eye on this blog.
This summer, due to Jaco Müller’s injury, private performances are on hold until further notice via our channels.
