Held at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències de València, the congress brought together tourist destinations, experience companies, accommodations, content creators, travel agencies and industry professionals, with the aim of reflecting on the present and future of family tourism in the region.
During the day, the keys to offering a quality offer adapted to families were discussed, success stories were shared, and trends such as digitization, sustainability and personalization of family travel were explored. Among the keynote speeches, the psychologist Diana Jiménez, who specializes in children and adolescents, spoke about the importance of investing in memories through shared experiences.
Also discussed were new marketing channels, collaboration between destinations, companies and platforms, and the role of innovation and creativity in redefining family tourism.
